Why we do this ?
History
Toward the start, just the chip producers gave programming advancement apparatuses, similar to constructing agents and in-circuit emulators. Rapidly, various autonomous organizations (like HP and Tektronix) began to offer total advancement arrangements that tended to chips from numerous producers. Other autonomous organizations zeroed in simply on programming arrangements.
